Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,737 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFR2, BUB1, and HMMR. Each is linked with PDCL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL3-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCL3 versus MTFR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
