PDCL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4ATAC4P, MIR6893, and MAGEB10. Each is linked with PDCL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL3-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4ATAC4P grouped by PDCL3-low versus PDCL3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
