Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDCL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,511 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Positive regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with PDCL3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCL3-to-partner and partner-to-PDCL3 results are reported.
