Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDCD6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDCD6 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PDCD6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDCD6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, SKCM, and OV are the cancer types where PDCD6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
