Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDCD5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDCD5 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PDCD5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDCD5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and BLCA are the cancer types where PDCD5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
