Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTO4, RPL7L1, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with PDCD5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD5-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD5 versus MRTO4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
