Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PDCD4, and TIGAR. Each is linked with PDCD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD5-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD5 results are reported.
