Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,769 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC11A1, ANLN, and RRM2. Each is linked with PDCD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD4-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 versus SLC11A1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
