Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, p62 Lck ligand, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PDCD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD4-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD4 results are reported.
