Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDCD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,745 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epicardium-derived cardiac fibroblast cell differentiation, Epicardium-derived cardiac fibroblast cell development, and Cardiac fibroblast cell differentiation. Each is linked with PDCD4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD4-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD4 results are reported.
