Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDCD2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDCD2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PDCD2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDCD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where PDCD2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
