PDCD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF8, HBS1L, and AFDN. Each is linked with PDCD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD2-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD2 versus SCAF8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
