Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP1, TBP, and LTV1. Each is linked with PDCD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD2-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD2 results are reported.
