PDCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 376 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYPL1P2, CIRBP-AS1, and C2orf50. Each is linked with PDCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD2-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYPL1P2 grouped by PDCD2-low versus PDCD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
