Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDCD1LG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDCD1LG2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PDCD1LG2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDCD1LG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
COAD, THCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where PDCD1LG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
