Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD1LG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,963 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD1LG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, AKNA, and DUSP1. Each is linked with PDCD1LG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD1LG2-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD1LG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD1LG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD1LG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
