PDCD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,029 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAPL, NOLC1, and U2SURP. Each is linked with PDCD11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD11-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD11 versus WAPL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
