PDCD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,251 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPRL2, CDCA2, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with PDCD11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD11-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPRL2 grouped by PDCD11-low versus PDCD11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
