Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDCD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,662 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with PDCD11 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD11-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter grouped by PDCD11-low versus PDCD11-high in OESOPHAGUS.
