Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDCD10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDCD10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PDCD10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDCD10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UVM, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PDCD10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
