PDCD10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,382 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, PAK2, and GMPS. Each is linked with PDCD10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD10-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD10 versus EIF4G1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
