Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,773 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDCD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK26, CR1, and STK24. Each is linked with PDCD10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD10-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDCD10 versus STK26 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
