Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with PDCD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD10-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD10 results are reported.
