Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDCD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,255 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi reassembly, Programmed cell death in response to reactive oxygen species, and Hydrogen peroxide-mediated programmed cell death. Each is linked with PDCD10 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD10-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD10 results are reported.
