PDCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,841 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDCD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP25, and RCSD1. Each is linked with PDCD1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDCD1-to-partner and partner-to-PDCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
