PDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,158 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUCKS1_S19, PBXIP1, and MRPL16. Each is linked with PDC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDC-to-partner and partner-to-PDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDC versus NUCKS1_S19 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
