PDC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,055 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are WWC3, CDKN1B, and PTPRD. Each is linked with PDC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDC-to-partner and partner-to-PDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDC versus WWC3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
