Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PDAP1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher PDAP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PAAD are the cancer types where PDAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
