PDAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 291 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6853, RN7SKP6, and RNU6-721P. Each is linked with PDAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6853 grouped by PDAP1-low versus PDAP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
