Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,740 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle midzone assembly, Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with PDAP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDAP1 results are reported.
