PCYT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,042 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCXR, SIRT7, and ALDH6A1. Each is linked with PCYT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT2-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
