Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCYT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUF1, BAP1, and MST1R. Each is linked with PCYT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT2-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
