PCYT1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,956 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYT1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, PFN2, and MAP1A_S1600. Each is linked with PCYT1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCYT1B versus MAP1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
