Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,522 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCYT1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEX2, UCHL1, and KLF5. Each is linked with PCYT1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCYT1B versus BEX2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
