Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,107 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCYT1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMCX3, CORO2A, and CPVL. Each is linked with PCYT1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCYT1B versus ARMCX3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
