Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYT1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCYT1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7L1P4, CSN1S2AP, and TMEM143. Each is linked with PCYT1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7L1P4 grouped by PCYT1B-low versus PCYT1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
