Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCYT1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,238 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCYT1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Protein-RNA complex assembly, and Regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with PCYT1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PCYT1B results are reported.
