PCYOX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPE, CCNA2, and CIP2A. Each is linked with PCYOX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PCYOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCYOX1 versus CENPE in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
