PCYOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, RN7SKP263, and CLEC20A. Each is linked with PCYOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PCYOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by PCYOX1-low versus PCYOX1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
