PCYOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCYOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, TFRC, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PCYOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PCYOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by PCYOX1-low versus PCYOX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
