Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCYOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,485 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCYOX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Protein localization to vacuole, and Protein targeting to lysosome. Each is linked with PCYOX1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PCYOX1 results are reported.
