Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCYOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCYOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL7, BTBD16, and C16orf92. Each is linked with PCYOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCYOX1-to-partner and partner-to-PCYOX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYL7 grouped by PCYOX1-low versus PCYOX1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCYOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCYOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
