PCTP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCTP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,160 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCTP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein import into peroxisome matrix, substrate release, Citrate metabolic process, and Regulation of translational initiation in response to stress. Each is linked with PCTP in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCTP-to-partner and partner-to-PCTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein import into peroxisome matrix, substrate release grouped by PCTP-low versus PCTP-high in UVM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
