PCTP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCTP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,147 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR161, CCRL2, and RARRES1. Each is linked with PCTP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCTP-to-partner and partner-to-PCTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCTP versus GPR161 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
