PCTP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCTP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP204, MIR938, and KRT18P5. Each is linked with PCTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCTP-to-partner and partner-to-PCTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP204 grouped by PCTP-low versus PCTP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
