Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCTP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with PCTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCTP-to-partner and partner-to-PCTP results are reported.
