PCSK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, GTF2A2, and AP1S3. Each is linked with PCSK7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK7-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by PCSK7-low versus PCSK7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
