PCSK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PCSK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK6-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by PCSK6-low versus PCSK6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
