PCSK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCSK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM30, USP29, and OR4D5. Each is linked with PCSK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK6-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM30 grouped by PCSK6-low versus PCSK6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
