PCSK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCSK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,347 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCSK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, VCL, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with PCSK5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCSK5-to-partner and partner-to-PCSK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCSK5 versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCSK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCSK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
